  • Bought my 86 Celebrity station wagon on sale for $500 and never regretted it. Lots of fun to drive and real durable, would you believe you can haul a Maytag washer in the back comfortably? The guys at the Salvation Army thought I was crazy for sure, but I got home fine... :O)

  • 1987 Celebrity was my second car in high school, then in college. Loved it!

  • Just bought an '87 coupe with 34,000 original miles. Looks brand new still.

  • Yup I had an 86 wagon for 15 years. It got pretty rusty in the later years but loved that car.

  • thats one hell of a nice car you have, im getting a pontiac 6000 soon but i really would love to own a celebrity

  • nice car dude im happy

  • Nice!

I Got a 1984 Chevrolet Celebrity Eurosport CL 2.8 V6 (tan). going to be my first car. $50! even has bran new brakes. talk about a nice find. The body is in Excellent condition (NO RUST ) considering its 25years old.(garage baby)

I plan on getting it road worthy in the next few months. Including a paint job.

Definitely going to make a tribute.

  • Man nice wagon

I got a 87 sedan and is a badass car even the suspension is kind of fuck up still can hold over 1000 ponds.

  • Nice car and the music is from Hitman blood money

  • sweet car my x had an 87 coup and it has a michigan plate thats cool a fellow michgander

  • nice celebrity i gota 85 eurosport its going under a paint job right now when its dun im guna make a tribute to her

  • Very fine wagon, and you can get it for few dollars. In Czech Republic too... :) More better than some japanese pieces of ****. Ïron Duke is poor, but in 80s people wanted this engines. 2,8 V6 is good engine, my friend have Buick Regal Limited ´88, and OK.

  • ur user name is the nerdiest thing iv ever seen

  • We had a white celebrity wagon, but our headlights were the ones with the four square lights, 2 on each side. It lasted us a long time. I saw a black one for $1500. dunno if i should get it or not, i wanna put a gold trim on it, like the trans am.

  • My grandparents had a 88 wagon, a blue one. I loved that car. It was sold in 1997 when my grandmother bought her (now my) saturn SW1. This thing is smaller than a cavalier wagon I saw the other day!! I would love to drive that celebrity. So many childhood memories. Sadly, I don't know where it is anymore.

  • I had two...88 wagon euro and an 88 sedan. My sis overheated the wagon really bad and it would ALWAYS stall after that. The sedan was nice until the heater core broke, then I sold it.

  • That`s really cool. I have always loved both the wagon and sedan.

  • i love my 88 wagon i paid $90 for it and has 140000 miles and is the best running for less than one hundred dollars and its straight and everything works

  • Dope....I got an 89 with 117k on her....Runs like a champ... I just started mine up after 5 months of sitting with out even a jump...

  • Well, and with the v6, those cars "run like stink" as the group at Automobile Magazine like to say :) Nice to see your car still going strong.

  • Nice piece you have, I have an 89, still running great, this is a wondeful option to create a Celebrity lovers club arround this video, hope anothers do the same

  • Why a tribute if she isn't dead?

  • This is the nerdiest video I have ever seen.

  • hahaha at :44...that is exactly what my 87 celebrity looked like. Mine had been spraypainted all black after getting a new hood and two Oldsmobile doors on the drivers side. Mine also had stickers all over the back hatch door...such as "honk if parts fall off" "I love my piece of crap" and "This thing cost me big bucks"

oh man do I miss that thing!

  • I drive an 87' Celebrity Wagon. 320,000 miles on it. Still has the original engine. New tranny about 3 years ago. Absoloutly no rust whatsoever. I have had to replace the headliner about 2 times, but that has really been the extent of the damage. It is a great car. I'm not sure I would take it on a long trip, but it does great for everywhere I go on an average week.

  • me i have a chevy celebrity with the 2.5 and the tranny 3 speed :P

i love it no rust on all the floor are intact no hole

  • I had an 84 celebrity 4 door sedan. She was one of the crew. We partied so hard. It was my first car and I loved it. The celeb never failed. We partied so hard back in those days. I regret getting rid of it. I'm almost half tempted to get another one to restore it, as stupid as that may sound. Sentimental value. :) God bless Chevy Celebrities!

  • I have a 89 Eurosport wagon that I have driven for 15 years. It is all rusty, but still runs great. Just bought another one from the west coast exactly like the first one. They are great cars. Great video!

  • Great, you love your car ! I have a 92 Astro and I love it the same !!! But your music is sad, is the car dead ? I don't hope so... Really nice one, I like it very much !

  • Technically it's my friends, not mine (but we all love it the same) and no it isn't dead. She runs as good as ever.

  • Great ! So I wish you all the best with your Cavalier ! Have a look at my videos ! ;-)
