  • A great impact on countries are the three actors mentioned on the video, universities (affect the R&D), the governance, an the private sector.

    I believe that this factors are gathered in terms of clusters like miguel already stated before, and they are nessesary for enterprises to develop.

  • The countries in Europe are growing in the informatics clusters; because they are having a new way of see the new economy in the world, taking the advantage again in the world. The question is who is going to make everything come together and work as a real net? Maybe the governments and the education system aren’t ready to promote such a program in Spain.

  • Studies investigated IT student perceptions and outcomes of certified and non-certified instructors. There was a significant difference between certified and non-certified instructors.
