Have you noticed that Aragorn walks across open plains all the time, fully exposed for all to see? A true Ranger would never have done that. Never.

Just watched the full version, wonderfully entertaining and me a staunch Tolkienite. Well done to you all, I loved it. I wanted to pick faults but, apart from what has already been said I found myself defending the whole project. Did I read it cost a mere £3k? Incredible. You better do a "Gollum collects yet another award clip" because you will get one without a doubt.

Best home made movie i ever seen, but only one thing is wrong about it and that is that Sauron did not send out his Nazgûl to seach for the ring. he first did that later. but i relly like the scene with the Nazgûl anyway

From the perspective of someone in the entertainment industry, I was quite moved at the quality and standards reached in the 40 minute, full version of this.

Very pretty cinematography, wonderful score, good editing, a rousing battle with orcs. Both the actor playing Aragorn and Gandalf are accomlished, and best oif all, this captures the careful pacing and tone of Jackson's Rings work brilliant.

Great job.

It`s real. Take my word for it. I was involved, as was TeamDraven. It won`t be theatrically released, as it is a fan film, but it will be available for free download. It`ll be approximately 40 minutes long

i like the last shot, but the rest is so unoriginal. this concept could totally yield an angle of this story yet unseen, something psychologically claustrophobic and introspective, and undeniably complex, as well as poetic... but i knew to be suspicious of this work when i read the first tag line, "all that is gold does not glitter." too much of a cliche. and too many repetitive shots that mimic the calm/ominous shots from the trilogy. too much like those films. film makers, you could do better.

Um. "All that is gold does not glitter" is definitely a Lord of the Rings concept, which, more specifically, is Tolkien's explanation of Aragorn. Considering that this movie is really about him, I feel it's rather appropriate.
