No, I am wasting my time trying to explain to people on Youtube whom have never seen music videos outside Youtube. Flashes, cuts, timing, split screens, overlays and whatever. You don't put all of them in a 5 sec frame, but a professional uses these to enhance the video quality. Timing is the most important one, second is cutting. Cut frames in smaller bits, so it looks you took effort. Anyone can put a song on a muted videoclip and call it a musicvideo.
No, just because you might find the video good, it doesn't mean the video is in fact good.
The creator of the video contacted me and said he agreed with me and asked for advice.
I also linked him videos and he saw the difference straight away.
There are thousands of videos on Youtube made by people who have no, to hardly any, experience in making musicvideos. If you want, I can send you a pm with links to music video's I consider as quality and you can tell me the difference.
Doesn't change the fact that this is not a very well made music video. As I said before, the creator saw the difference between what he made and what I had shown him.
I loved this video and the song matches at least I think so. Great work!
Also for anyone that wants to know the name of the song it's Hollow by Submersed.

wow..this is good..i like the song..
what is it? Is it called Nightmare's Ending?
well done
...ans just to clear it up...a video doesn't need to have editing or effects...as that person below complained about

Actually, yes it does. The whole purpose of a music video is to edit the song into the videos.
Picking 5 movies, sticking them behind each other and have the music play in the background is pretty much fail for a music video.

..No it doesn't. And I'm not gona waste my time defending what i said. Still a good effort.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
just another youtube video without editing or effects, as well as poor timing.
Not to be rude, but it is how it is.

there are alot of shit videos with over indulgance with effects. mostly 12 year old naruto fans are responcible for this. oh and you.

You seem to fail the point. A proper musicvideo times a song with the video, not simply put a song on a videoclip and expect it to be finished.
At least use SOME effects in videos, such as cutting, fading, timing, instead of absolutely nothing.
As I told the other person, I can give your prove of proper videos, with good effects and feeling in the video, instead of this random crap.
Defend this video, however you want, it remains a cheap and crappy vid, period.

I agree with you; video would have been better with effects, and actually timing the music with the clips; but its still a gud effort.
