so get the same box color or a shade lighter and leave on for 10 min xtra then rinse

if its not your desired color wait a week or two and continue this process until you get the color you would like c:

@ARLR15 yes bc if you look on the side box you can see how different shades achieve tht color (what your results will be like )

so go to a big lots and find a blonde shade(to save money bc you may need to do this a few times) and use it bc more than likely itll only make it more light brown

and make sure you deep condition your hair once a week so it stays looking good (:

if it gets too blonde pick the original shade you wanted and dye it that color so its perfect

@VICKYvsVICKY It'll definitely be brown! No doubt about it. Most drugstore dyes, unless you use bleach beforehand, provides only a tint to your hair rather than solid color. That being the case, blonde would leave a somewhat golden tint on your hair, making it appear brown :)

@yucky1336 Revlon has a highlight box for like 12 bucks and you just put the cap on and pull the hair through the holes and put the dye on. They have a box for dark hair and light hair. It works great. You can get it at cvs or any drug store

did you find your roots were lighter than the rest of the hair? Because of the heat closer to the scalp, on the box sometimes it says to do the ends firs then the last 10 min then do the roots. Yours looked pretty good so i was wondering...
