I'm taking a negotiation skills class at uni and I have to prepare a negotiation plan for a scenario - I'm buying a used car. This vid really helped! I am aware of anchoring techniques however, I didn't know the sticker prices in car yards are so inflated! Pretty interesting. Thanks :)
