The wall of brass hitting your face, you must understand music, before you start dropping comments, be real... go listen to all the others JSU and SU have the best POWER arrangements, and I happen to think SU out did JSU with their arrangement. the sound problem is, probably, less of a musicianship problem and more of a recording problem. it's difficult to capture the natural sound of an orchestra (and especially a marching band) in a studio, let alone in the open with a single microphone, most likely on a camera.

Sutiger there is no hatred between these two bands this just some fun stuff to do, who wants to go to a game and listen to boring songs, they can call it what they want, no balance, to loud whatever its just having a good time and two bands going at each other, at least thats how we do it in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, call it band cred if you will stop band challenges and see how many people show up to the football games. If Southern want they can put it down the way they want it NP.

Most Louisiana Bands use power, it's call cutting heads you want to talk about balance thats no problem, we can do that at will. it's a tradition to blow at each other so dont get it twisted all those guys and females in that band are all stars and the best recruited you can believe that, if you cant play and read music and be a guru at music your not making Southern's Band. Southern brings it raw unless you like it like a kitty.
