Wasn't this the same interview where she said kids shouldn't look up to celebrities for role models, parents should raise their kids? Well now the tides have changed. In a new interview with vogue magazine, she talked about how Michelle Obama told her she was glad her daughters looked up to Beyonce, and Beyonce herself said she considered herself "fortunate" that she is a role model. Do I detect some inconsistency here?
Okay, I take that back. Not really inconsistent with what she said here, but still. To imply that celebrities have a "responsibility" in any way is quite dumb, IMO. Politicians and preachers have that responsibility, because part of their jobs is talking about "family values and morals". Celebrities are here to entertain, nothing more. Only the ones who publicly call themselves role models deserve the scrutiny because they put themselves in that position with their own mouths. But not all celebs
that may be true but parence should still raise thier children it's ok to look up to positive celebrityies but the parent should be the most powerful influience in thier childrens life The oboma kids are young once they old enough to understand how amazing thier mother is they will embrace that
