I have only one addition to lordcrapalot's explanation of barney.

The last words before this scene:

This scene is complete with the knowledge of these words and it makes much more sense with it.

@coralarch Certainly, its Barney a purple dinosaur from a childrens program called Barney & Friends. Hes one of the most iconic childrens characters in the US, which ofcourse also means hes one of the most annoying:D As such alot of people have a harmless hatred for Barney, which has been shown in medio throughout the ages.

@lordcrapalot Just viewed a clip from Barney's show and felt an immedicate desire to throttle him, massacre all his friends and family, burn down his house and dance on the ruins. Anpother Youtuber has written a poem extolling killing Barney- it's a riot.:)
