man, you need to slow down and take in the scenery like the masterpiece that it is. Thats what I do on the fear games, theyre my favorite. I dont rush, and i take in the atmosphere and let the suspense built, it really adds to the experience. that nightmare scene was really amazing for me the first time, but you kind of ruined it in this video by not even looking around...

It's also the fact that by playing FEAR first you get the feeling of thrills and therefore develop a sort of immunity. Think of it like watching the latest Halloween movie, no where near as freaky as the very first movie years back. Same idea, you just grow accustomed to the suspense.
