As Gabrielle Giffords said a little while back both republicans and liberals need to stop violent rhetoric and that includes using false allegations against Sarah Palin to defeat her and promote peace and justice. I thought it was fair to point out what she did say and that she wasn't calling for violence but just using an expression. Regardless, her side is responsible for largely dividing this country but I don't think responsible for the actions of Loughner who was a complete loon. She DOES need to go away.

There is a big difference between criticism, acusations, debates, discussions and what is going on in our country right now. Nutballs will be nutballs. But these are leaders. @lucam53 To answer your first question..., I think you may have missed the point. This is not about criticism. Sarah Palin, as a political figure, has a responsibility. Publicly making statements such as "Wipe 'em out" and "Reload" is extremely irresponsible. It was Sarah Palin and Sarah Palin ALONE who put the crosshairs of a gun on Rep. Giffords and MANY others on a graphic that was posted on her website and widely spread through the media. That is NOT just "any criticism."
