My iPhone 3G IOS 4.2.1 showed me an apple and it doesn't want to start up, but then I've turned it into the recovery mode, I recover it on iTunes but in the end says that error 1015 and I used iReb just like you said but when I fix it on iReb it doesn't start up it says again connect to iTunes and now I'm just restoring it again on iTunes after the iReb thing... I hope it works... Need HELP!!

This works fine but remember one thing folks make sure you run iTunes and try to restore let the error message come up don't touch the phone or iTunes just run ireb this is why some of you are having trouble ok ;-) 🍺

To anyone reading, make sure your iTunes is v.10. My Mac with Parallels had a much older version as I don't use the Dark Side (XP) of my MacBook much. iReb mentions it on the bottom of the GUI but it is easy to miss when you are stressed with phone issues.

After restoring I got error 1015 but the iPhone got stuck in recovery mode (iTunes logo with the cable). Fixed it using iReb.

I dnt know if i'm gonna help anyone but after spending two days trying to fix my 3GS, I thought maybe I can share. First I tried to update it to 4.3.3 from 3.1.3 using snowbreeze and iTunes 10.4. I got stuck in DFU mode (black screen). I downloaded iTunes 10.0.0.68 and connected my iPhone. iTunes recognized it and I clicked restore without clicking Shift. iTunes proposed firmware 4.1 so I restored to this version.

I've been following every video that i could find to fix my iphone4 and I can not get it out of recovery mode I'm trying iReb and it kick it out but it re-enters recovery mode. i've tried blackra1n, greenpois0n, redsnow, tinyumbrella, WiseFixer, and of course iTunes. hey man i downloaded the ireb but when i go to "recover mode loop fixer/shsh blobs grabber" tab and then under the "set auto boot true" button it gives me in red text an astrix sign saying recovery loopscannot be removed on tethered-jailbroken devices. Can you please help me on this one idk what to do im tryin to do this myself cuz no one jailbreaks and unlocks by where i live any more, if you can get back to me it would be extremely appreciated this has been an issue ive been dying to fix.
