Adleast you ranked Roccat Kone+ on #1, that I propobly agree with. Another good mouse, not sure if it was released when vid was made is SteelSeries Sensei... it "could" be close to Kone+ but with not as much buttons/functionality, but rather driver-wise. Both Steel-Series and Roccat seem to have insanely awesome Driver software, I'd still vote for Roccat though.
