Mostly not the PCH (Hwy 1). 25 runs parallel to 101 but inland, starting at Hollister then across 101 to Big Sur via Naciemento road, it was thick fog so back the same way instead of North on Hwy 1

picked a beautiful route, it seems. was this mostly straight up the Pacific Coast Highway, or did you take some other roads inland as well?
