I love this film, too, though the child actor being too precocious phenomenon continues here... Good story and beautiful landscape in Arroyo Hondo near Taos.
This is also one of my favorite movies of all time. Beautiful and thought provoking. It's amazing what you can find when you wander outside the realm of blockbusters
