    Thank you.

  • I don't understand what your beef is. It looks fine to me. I fix those for a living they all make motor noise and have sloppy low quality bearings, It looks pretty clean. Be fair and put the platter on and the belt. The belt certainly damps any noise and vibration. Notice the 45 adapter is still in original plastic.

  • The platter and the belt WERE installed before I took the video. The vibration and noise is why I took off the platter to start with.

NO tonearm should be that loose EVER.

I feel for your customers if this is the quality of work you do.

  • For the record, the motor when new makes NO noise at all. and the tonearms are Quiet and decent performers.

My experience: I have been an authorized service repair employee for Panasonic/Technics/Matsushita for several years and repaired HUNDREDS if not thousands of Technics and Panasonic turntables.

Yours: I fix those for a living.

  • looks to me like a NSAD complaint = PP refund.

  • "fully serviced"?????? yea by a blind caveman with a stone hammer. What are those people thinking? "Oh some idiot is going to buy it and if its broken its his fault" This is a wreck. To see those things happen makes me sad and angry.

I hope you get your money back.

    wish you luck
