I totally support recycling, but we don't need to save energy. There's far more evidence to support the theory that global warming is a load of rubbish than against the theory. Furthermore, every bit of evidence 'proving' that we are destroying our planet through greenhouse gases has been shown to have errors. Earth heats up and cools down now and again. You can't say that the ice age was caused by traffic. How can we, such a small part of earth and its history, suddenly trigger such a disaster?

Meat production is the #1 cause of greenhouse gas and is a great contributor to global warming, and I'm not just talking about cattle farts. We loose thousands of acres of farmland to cattle grazing each year, cattle turn good land into desert. Not to mention that the money it takes to produce a pound of beef, which only feeds the few could feed many in non meat products. Read "A Diet for a Small Planet" if you are really interested in understanding this issue.
