I was thinking of ordering the "Sam" and using it as an stp, but I've heard pretty weird things about it.

i'm not sure if it would work with a cherry packer. theoretically yes, but i have the sam lola jake and there is no way i'd stick anything through it. just not the right material.

i have the sam and they can put a hole through it for you to make an STP device. i think it costs $15 extra or so.

i personally stopped using the sam as an stp because it didn't work with my anatomy or tubing and i was leaking all the time. i went back to the $12 packer and now i have no problems.
