damn you all if you think its mod or gta3. it is 1 of missions in san andreas. go to librety city and kill some 20 enemys. jet package is with cheat. i did so too and fell in watter. then i swimmed 10 min and i saw san fierro. in san andreas are a lot of mistakes. thumbes up if you think so.

@OverDosedOnCookies any time you watch a cinematic in the game, it is not a video, rather, it is a pre-scripted scene set up in game. What you are seeing here is an area used in one of thos scenes for a mission. not ment for a player to be in. the same system works for any buildings you actaully enter, called interiors

this place was made in san andreas for the mission where you fly to it. and liberty city is located wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy above the san andres map. that why when you get a jet pack in the mission, you cant fly up, because you are above the highest possible jetpack altitude, which is because youre way above the map. Edison Carter modded his gamesave so he has unlimited jetpack height. so it IS impossible to get here with the interior world exploit WITHOUT unlimited jetpack height mod.

Isn't a MOD or a MISSION. He do a glitch in Los Santos Gym. if you put a jetpack cheat in the gym you can fly over it. Then you go to a door. Enter it and found a place (colloseum) exit it whit another door and you found Liberty City.

Also there's a mission named San Marks Bistro you get the Shamal jet fly all the way to the east of Los Santos and there's a cutscene where it's shows Portland and a taxi driving bay and it's damped by snow.

There is a mission in GTA SA where you go to Marco's Bistro in Liberty City, but what he's doing now is using a gameshark code (unlimited height) and going to the Los Santos gym, then using the jetpack to fly from SA to Liberty City.

You can revisit this place after the mission using blue hell..

You go from ganton to a yellow marker at the north corner of the stadium in los santos. You then go to the train tunnel bridge from here....

Now on the map you are in los santos but really Liberty City is located ABOVE the north east part of the runway in San Fierro.

look the real reason liberty city is still sumwat there is because there was gna be another misson there n u were on the back of a bike chasing some mafia guy. so seeing u werent driving thy only made a centen path solid so the bike n culd chase em so there waz no reason to make it solid but R* decided to delete the misson. thus thy didnt ever complete deleting liberty city leaving it there solid n some spots n jst floating in the hell world.

Seriously, Why would you pay $700 for a PS3 (thats AU price)and an extra $100 ontop of it to play GTA 4 when you can play GTA: SA, about the same graphics, same concept, same everything, only new thing on GTA 4 is online play which sucks none the less, and 360 always crashes and can not be trusted, PS2 is way better and GTA:Sa is the best game ever because it is not packed with all this hd, new generation shit. I like old school consoles, the new stuff sucks
