id say that this takes place (in yugi's era) in-between the KC grand championship and the Dawn of the Duel Arc. Yugi still has the puzzle and their is clear communication between Yugi and the Pharaoh, plus this has to after Waking the Dragons because Pegusus has reemerged to the public. After Bakura took the millennium eye he isolated himself until Mai took his soul with the Seal of oricalcos. After Dartz was betan, Pegusus recovered.
