  • Does anybody know the pipes with an arrow on the end do?

  • 0:50 Giardino at "Guerrero del Arco Iris" :S

  • Geez. It's not much different than Loopz or the mini game in......uh......... Bioshock, I think. Or was that Thrillville?

  • @WebVMan I knew it was in Bioshock. Didn't know about the other. But thanks for that new info.

  • @WebVMan I haven't played it, but I seem to keep finding ppl comparing it to a mini-game in bioshock.

  • can anyone help. music 1, that classical song. anyone know who composed it originally?

  • @egeorge96 I could only find these after digging:

John Dale, Kris Hatlelid, Michael J. Sokyrka

I can't include the links. youtube won't allow me to. I can tell you to google exactly this, minus the quotations:

    "pipe dream composers nes"

You will find a link titled "Nes Music Authors List"

  • @egeorge96 I also have a video of all the music from the game.

  • I'm in touch with Kris Hatlelid and Mike Sokyrka (Composers of the game). I could ask them if you want.

  • amm plissssssssss

okupo sabes komo c llama la cancion ( la k es la numero 1 )

    pliss grax

  • @eskarmoreno I don't speak that language. I don't know what you are speaking, or the language you're using. I'm sorry, could you put that in English? If you're telling me how much you like the video, thanks! :)

  • @EmeraldLantern2814

i want to now what's the name of the song 1

    thanks for anser my question

  • @eskarmoreno I don't know, but I will tell you as soon as I figure it out.

  • I replied with a long reply but it gave an error message which I saw too late before I went to another page so that never got through but in short I just looked up those guys and there is next to nothing about them anywhere and nothing on them composing music for this game.

  • @onerizle I already looked up John Dale, & I think I looked up the others too. But I'm gonna keep looking.

  • I ove that level music, wish I could get a copy.

  • @onerizle I'm planning on making a vid of all 3 tracks in the game soon. For now, I could only point you to an nsf d/l. But to play it, you'd need an Nes emulator, as that's what an nsf file is: the actual data that makes the "Nes" play what/when/how/why/when. Well, not that simple, but very close to it, I suppose. Keep watching my Youtube, I'll have what you're looking for in time. Or perhaps in the spirit of not being a glory hog, perhaps it is already on the tubes somewhere else.

  • @EmeraldLantern2814 I have the rom and emulator and i was playing it before my comment. How do you rip the tune from the rom? I could listen to it all day.

  • @onerizle While as of yet, I don't know how to do that myself, i can tell you that most emulators have a sound dump system to record audio data directly from the emulator to an audio file (, generally .wav format). I can't however, explain how to get .nsf files. That I'm not familiar w/. What emulator are you using? I can help you to a degree, if you are using Nestopia v1.40

  • @EmeraldLantern2814 Also, I'll try, & help you, however @ the moment my family is dealing w/ a loss that happened last night. So, I may not necessarily get back to you for a couple days. Then again, maybe not. I try to check the e-mail account that's associated w/ my Youtube frequently(as in attempt to check daily). Or @ least every couple of days.

  • @EmeraldLantern2814 Nope I use a nesterJ . But I'm going to look into it. That song is really nice and all the other ones suck. :) I can't believe it's not more known than most nes music.

  • @onerizle It certainly is one of my favs of Nes tracks.

  • @EmeraldLantern2814 And those doot doot doot sounds inter fear with the tune.

  • @onerizle The problem is that the game resets, while on the menu screen, after setting idle for a few minutes. The menu screen is the perfect spot for recording these tracks. Silencing them requires muting a sound channel that also carries part of the track('s) audio. Thus, to get the files, one must d/l them, (to play in an emulator) from the net, or rip them from the rom yourself. The only other way is to make multiple recordings of the audio, & splice the segments together.

  • @EmeraldLantern2814 I was thinking about asking Lucas Arts on their forum who and where. All that info would be great and if the composer wrote any other nice songs.

  • @onerizle Wait on the title screen. The credits roll. Title screen music by John Dale. Game music composed by Kris Hatlelid, & Michael J. Sokyrka But please double-check me. I am right now. I have Nestopia open now, & am double-checking. That's what's in the credits. I just double-checked myself.

  • @onerizle It's one of the best pieces of classical music I have heard in more than 25 years of loving classical.

  • The unlicensed company Sachen also did a ripoff of this called "Pipes" or "Pipe 5".

  • That I didn't know. Thanks for that info! :)

  • Awesome! I loved this game

  • Yeah, I love this game, too!

  • Whoops! Almost forgot! If you don't know, there is a version of this for the DS called Pipe Mania, also I believe on Wii, & some other platforms. Check my description. I wrote it there, I believe.
