your dog is teething, like how a human baby teethes. Make sure to teach it that it can't chew on people, but give it some good chew toys and praise it when it chews on those instead of you.

its a large puggle because it is a pug crossed with a beagle, the size has come from the beagle and thats what happens with a cross bred dog, you can never be sure of appearance, personality or health wise. all dogs are intelligent it depends on how good a trainer the owner is.

@MrTibiafan go to an obedience club, or get a trainer in, all dogs can learn it doesn't matter how old, we've had cross bred dogs all our lives and you have to learn how you can be consistant with your dog and not let them get away with everything and how they view you, as pack leader or them above you if they are spoiled. i have a kelpie cross german shorthaired cross lab rescued dog and he didn't know anything because the previous person didn't show him anything, now he is a well bahaved dog

dude... it's a dog... they are all pretty much the same level of high maintenance.... long daily walks (30 mins+) strict feeding schedule, trips to the vet for shots and check ups... Just to give you a ball park idea I've had my dog for less then a year and I've spent over 1,500$ in between the vet, food, supplies: i.e. crate, leashes, collars... and then the initial cost of te dog... Puggles can be expected to live anywhere from 11-15 years, probably more...
