  • If memory serves, Rambo actually fought the police in his first movie. It is a very very bad thing when an officer acts like First Blood Rambo.

If memory also serves, he never jumps onto someone, then jumps off and arrests him. When Rambo jumps on you, it means hes going to stab you or release you (again, first movie, which I think the video creator did not watch).

  • "I'm sorry I went 20 miles over the speed limit in my minivan!"

    *Cop curb stomps the guy"

  • U can tell that's the kind of cop that gets a hard on when he man handles a suspect fuck cops

  • /watch?v=U70oaQR6tKE

  • No such thing as slightly excessive - just right. :)

  • Of course it was excessive! He might've scuffed the cruiser's bumper!

  • .........Then to top it off many of the libtards who whine about "police brutality" live in upperscale subdivided environments and can afford to talk righteous crap while being hypocrites and calling the cops to anyone who even gets close to their neighborhood who looks poor or a little different. Rich white liberals have patted themselves on the backs at the expense of the rest of us who can't afford a subdivided or gated environment.

  • Excessive ? All the cop did was jump over the car and straddle him to cuff him and so if when he jumped over the hood his foot might have barely touched him where he landed or maybe the cops leg skimmed him while straddling down to cuff him. Jesus, just barely breath on a criminal and watch the leftist start whining and crying wolf. Maybe this is why our country is so dangerous you think ?

  • @steelflame1 Its called "sarcasm". The narrator is just having a laugh at the cop who jumps over the hood like an overweight gymnast.

  • Once a suspect surrenders and does not resist it is illegal for a cop to physically harm the suspect or cause intentional pain. It's also illegal to "talk shit" after the suspect is apprehended. The rights also apply to the officer, so what they say can be used against them as well. 1st year law school :)

  • You never know if the guy is a wacko... so jump on him and put him down

  • @billfromwi yeah then the guy gets a year in prison and he has a million fucking dollars in tax payer money waiting for him when he gets out because some stupid prick cop decided to get a free hit in. Free for him because all he gets is paid leave, we the tax payers have to bend over and let them pull the money out of our asses.

  • first 8 seconds were a drifting fail

  • wow

  • he gave up already and cop feels need to kick him in the head, kinda excessive.

  • I hope the police man had a broken feed or something

  • TOKYO DRIFFFFFTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • NO... that wasn't excessive. That guy has just been driving like an idiot and putting their lives in danger. A stomp to the head was well deserved!

  • rude police or stupid TheCrazyUSA?

  • He only jumped on him once. What's excessive about that?

  • @dantesinfernal0 They should all have jumped on him.....to say excessive, american way...LOL

  • its too loud

  • Does anyone else think that was slightly excessive? :D

  • It didn't bother me that policeman did that move. I am sad that many people thing this is the right think. If you treat UNREASONABLE violence at him because he made some UNREASONABLE and dangerous actions what is your different from him ? NONE... Police must use violence in many occasions. But lying down surrendered IS NOT one of them for sure....

  • need for speed

  • Fuck this overly excessive b.s. they endanger the lives of people the least they deserve is a swift kick to the head.

  • u brits r wimps.if u look at all the dangerous things our officers go through 2 get criminals off the streets, u applaud. in but in the U.K. there is a clip of an oficer running over someones yard then jumping out of his car and running like a wussy from a teen throwing pebbles at him.

  • @Shotgun2Shotgun776 Wow man you have seen 2 videos and your judging the entire police force ?

  • did anyone else think that was slightly excessive?................Nope

  • pero si no estaba opusiendo resistencia policias higueputas!

  • He was justing jumping over the hood of the car

  • he was on the ground not resisting, By LAW this officer should be charged with assault and battery, jumping on someone's head can KILL them, so they should throw attempted manslaughter in there for good measure, but no our courts system is all fucked up and on the officer's side, never the civilians, this is why innocent people go to jail and get released 20 years later because they get proven innocent, HA Innocent till proven Guilty is a myth, in a cops eyes, Guilty till proven innocent

  • @J3TPILOT1991 Agreeable, Yet I gotta defend the Police. Ask yourself this question: If you were a Police Officer, and You were just involved in a High Speed Pursuit, The Suspect running from you as been weaving in and out of lanes, Endagering the welfare of others on the road and just wrecked his vehicle into a wall trying to escape from you... Would you be stepping out of your car in a polite manner or would you be lighting a fire under your own ass to get him into custody? Think about that.

  • @StateofEmergency1 thought about it and still, HE WAS NOT RUNNING at the time of the boot to the neck, an officer already had him on the ground, the situation had been taken care of, this cop was late to arrive and just wanted let out his anger (this is the wrong thing to do)

  • @J3TPILOT1991 Let out his anger? How do you know he was 'angry'? He's in the middle of coming over the hood of another police officer to assist in the arrest while another officer has the man at gunpoint. Again: The man had just been caught speeding and evading the police. That is a FELONY. He jumped over the bullbars of a police cruiser to get to the other side. WHERE in that footage do you see a foot being aimed for the suspect's head?

  • @StateofEmergency1 at exactly 23 seconds in, you must be blind, the suspect was not resisting he was on the ground and gave up, then a "hero" cop decides he's gonna jump over the bonnet and land strait on the guys neck/head. hope this happens to you so you will see just how unlawful it is, he could have snapped his neck with all that force, that would be classed as attempted murder if it was between citizens.

  • @J3TPILOT1991 I'm a Law Abiding Citizen who makes his donations to the Fraternal order of Police. I understand and respect the difficult job they do, especially when people like you have to scrutinize every single detail of what they are doing. The guy broke the law, plain and as simple as that. Oh boo-hoo he got stepped on. He shouldn't of been evading the police in the first place. Lets see you shouting brutality when someone robs you and the cops tackle his ass like a quarterback.

  • @StateofEmergency1 there is a big difference between a person face down on the ground a gunpoint being head stomped and a person standing and being tackled. your a complete moron and need to educated on what the LAW is in these situations.

  • @J3TPILOT1991 I repeat: Let's see you screaming brutality when someone robs you, Let's say they steal your car and take it for a joyride on the freeway, crash it into a wall like a moron and the police swarm his ass like a blitz play and tackle the everloving shit out of him. I also must ask why you feel the need to try and troll now, Your calling me a moron? Seriously? Throughout this conversation have I once insulted your intelligence? No. Grow up and pay attention to the 'Law' Now-a-days.

  • Comment removed

  • @J3TPILOT1991 First you say Neck NOW you say the officer stepped on his head... Make up your mind on which one he did, Mister Pilot!

  • @StateofEmergency1 by the looks of it, it was both, either way it don't make any difference to where he was stomped, you are a extremely narrow minded runt. I'm not wasting any more time on such ignorance, you say he broke the law, well the officer also broke the law and should be punished, if you do not thinks so you are only kidding yourself ignorant fool.

  • @J3TPILOT1991 Why is it that you keep feeling the need to insult me? Once again, We're having at least what I thought to be an adult conversation, and you constantly seem to be insulting me now. Is it the fact that I'm right about what I'm saying and you honestly have nothing to back up your accusation properly? Don't forget, When you run from the police, Your causing yourself the trouble of getting hurt. He ran, It's his fault and the officers were rushing to take him into custody...

  • @StateofEmergency1 oh and exactly he "RAN"past tense, the running was far over before the officer decided to be a tough guy, not knowing he was on camera, besides this cop has already been punished for this so you are clearly wrong on all accounts

  • @J3TPILOT1991 Y'know, he probably didn't even see where the fuck the other guy was laying when he hopped it. Just trying to get shit done fast - I'll admit I'm not the biggest fan of cops myself but your own argument is pretty flawed itself.

  • @KirbyHC hmmm yes and he did not see the other officer with his gun out pointing to the same place he jumped. just sayin

  • @J3TPILOT1991 ...for the obvious safety reasons. Also: Before you berate me again because you think my argument is invalid or you just aren't mature enough to hold a conversation without insulting people, Maybe you should see how much more brutal police officers are in Russia. Russian police beat the shit out of people for practically no reason. So before you go complaining about a U.S. Police Officer stepping on someone to arrest them on the highway, go watch a Russian cop have a fist fight.

  • @StateofEmergency1 again Russia is not USA, different laws, so again your argument is flawed to the point that you cannot fix it. goodbye.

  • The commentator almost sounded like hammond from top gear :o

  • I suppose if you're stupid enough to provoque the police you're likely to be in for a kicking

  • he shoulda drifted better need to watch more tokyo drift lol

  • thats how we roll in america!!! haha

  • @Moparholic2 give and take..right an extra kick means you can shoot a cop..do you have any idea how stupid that statement was?

  • He's the exact reason why some people shoot on cops !! It's a give-and-take game !!

  • Ahah stomped a mud hole im his ass

  • nike air!

  • @glstexas

    I know of this video.

Check the reaction of the cop once he shoots Oscar Grant in the back. He looks shocked, surprised. He looks like he just made a big mistake and knows it. No cop would shoot a handcuffed man in the back with that many people watching.

It's a shitty situation, but I'm convinced that the guy killed Mr. Grant by mistake. I believe him when he says that he meant to tase him and drew his gun by mistake.

  • that would've been so much fail if the cops capped his legs between his car and the patrol car, what you do after? ''Oh fuck sory man didn't see you, look i gotta put those cuffs on you just incase you run, oh wait you can't... nevermind''

  • Nope.

  • Hope the cop had golf shoes on.

  • @supressorgrid ... or some ice climbing boots ;-)

  • @TheCrazyUSA

    THAT IS WRONG,

THEY GUY WAS A REAL IDIOT, but ha had given up.

  • @TheCrazyUSA or shoes with guns and swords attached the the bottom.

  • @TheCrazyUSA Or at LEAST cleats! =) (SP)

  • @TheCrazyUSA or soccer cleats

  • @supressorgrid she has Cinderella shoes..not climbing shoes thats for MEN..and a men dont hurt someone whos already down..Pussy's do..just saying

  • Most of these videos do display nothing but stupidity but this one just shows a cop being safe. You really don't know what to expect nowadays. What if he did have a gun on him and propped back up and shot an officer or two? I'd do the same thing if I was a cop.

  • @jasonsejinkim thats why an officer is pointing a gun at him, douche bag. I hope your walking down the street and get mistaken as a bank robber and they fucking gun you down for no reason. Just so someone can post the video on youtube and some fucking moron can post that you "might of had a gun, so its ok"

  • As usual these idiots prattle on without a clue. It's entirely possible the guy had a gun and/or killed someone or committed some heinous crime making him dangerous.

Or, maybe the cop just wanted to show who's in charge now. Either way, I'm cool.

(You want to see REAL police brutality, UK, watch your average Russian police arrest.)

  • Cops are busy? Yes, eating donuts.

  • That idiot commentator is everywhere.

  • now he was trying to jump dint worry abt the landing bz the guy was there for him.....haha

  • acab
