The American test subject is Dempsey. The Russian is Nikolai. The confused test subject staring at the floor is Takeo. Their brains were effected during 115 tests, causing side effects such as memory loss. All the maps are tests. Dr. Richtofen is Dr. Maxis' assistant. He was sent by the illuminati to kill Dr. Maxis so they could use the teleportation technology to themselves. In total I have found 9 radios, 5 of them have actual voices, the other 4 play morse code once the other voice radios have been activated. So far the morse code translates into the letters R( dot, dash, dot), I( dot, dot), and L( dot, dash, dot, dot). I haven't translated the fourth one because I died before finding it, but Syndicate I hope you get this info because it seems important to the puzzle. If you don't believe me try this yourself.
