Just finished my 3rd week of Ab Ripper X MWF. I did P90X the whole shin dig over the summer and got ripped. Then lost it and just working on my abs because I already got my arms, legs and back in shape. No results yet on the abs, though I can already tell they are getting stronger.
i just did it today because its day one for me...and damn i did it...stopped...went again...stopped. I guess if u gave it all you got its gonna make you get better for next time.

I was surprised at how little I could do. I thought I was doing a good amount of sit-up's in the gym. I guess 20 leg lifts and 20 incline bench sit-up's don't cut it.
