Mickey Gallagher played live on a scandanavian tour when Alan walked out on eve of the tour and before Dave took his place.True fans know the history.Mickey went on to be a member of the Blockheads alongside Ian Dury and play on Clash-London Calling and with Macca.Eric has even been on a dvd with Pete John and guys and Pete booked his British gigs. They are all top guys
Dave Rowberry replaced Alan Price. Vox even pasted Daves head over Alans in their 65 catalouge they handed out at U.S. concerts . All the U.S. TV shows in 64,65,66 67 had Price or Rowberry, who is Micky Galagher ?
@DaveTheRaveBangkok As rockerstar101 says, the audio here is coming from the camera's mic and isn't a feed from the desk. Much of what you hear is coming from the keyboard monitor, which is why the Hammond is so loud and there's very little lead guitar. They're great to hear live - I've heard them several times, including a solo 'unplugged' set from Peter Barton (bass / lead vocals) singing Animals songs accompanying himself on a 6 string acoustic guitar.
it sounds shit because the camera man isn't taking a live feed from the desk, and is stood next to the 'keys' monitor. 'The Animals' Use 5 monitor Mixs with different backline levels running through each monitor
jesus i thought that was Chas playing bass and singing! then I realized he left us quite a few years ago. this is good for a cover band but to call this The Animals is just wrong.
They had a great style, sound back in 1965 1967. Much better than this crap! Give up your current gigs let me remember you when you were great,1965 1967 etc. Listing to this is worse than water boarding or Nam.
Without Eric Burden and Chas Chandler it is not the animals. Good band perhaps, but not the animals.

Not the Animams but not bad..

It's the original drummer John Steel and they hold the name Animals legitimately. Most of these old bands are still going in some incarnation.
