The original plan for the Power Trip was suppose to be The Rock and Stone Cold joining forces to destroy the Federation. But since Rock was going to do movies management decided it would be Triple H and Austin. It sucks cause I still think Rock and Austin would've been better than Austin and Hunter.. 0:13 - 0:33 man that would've been a Power Trip Rock and Austin

But the power trip thing was months before the inavsion storyline began, were they supposed to drag the stable of rock and austin all the way through the invasion storyline? All i remember is that since hhh was injured the wwf brought out the invasion storyline much sooner than expected, I don't see any sense in rock and austin trying to destroy the wwf but either way it would have been awesome for those 2 to join forces as a stable.

Pretty much, they were the 2 biggest names in the wwe and were placed in a fued against each other,with Rock as a heel three times and Austin a face three times, then once both as a Face one time, and then once with Rock as a Face and austin as a heel

I think you have to include survivor series in those matches bro, they practically had a singles match at the end of that ppv, they were 1 on 1 for about 15 minutes during that 10 man tag match. By the way, awesome tribute! 5/5
