I think that Instant Transmission Kamehameha Wave should have happen later in the fight as well as completely annihilate Cell in the process instead of just the head. Plus, it look like Goku aimed for the stomach to me. Also, if that was me, I would have blasted Cell's leftovers until he was absolutely nothing.

Why is it that Goku & Cell's voice actors are tryin too hard to "arrghhhh", when it is clearly fake and not well planned...their lip movements just doesn't synchronize & the screaming seem artificial..
U have to give goku credit for humilty this was the best fight by far but goku himself makes mention that he was givin it all he got but didnt know if cell was or not. He also says he cant be cell he has alot to learn and even prior to the match goku talks about how tough cell looks so he probably wouldnt be able to get the job done, yet with all that he still puts on a good show.

just so u people know cell was playing with kakarot the whole fight he was not fighting at full power if he wanted to he could have ended it in an instant when gohan stepped in and went ss2 he knew he had to go all out and the senzu beanhe got from kakarot did not give him more power because he was not near death so cell was indeed better than kakarot in every way
This was one hell of a fight. Easily my favorite in the whole series, even more than when Gohan stepped in. This saga had me on the edge of my seat as a kid the entire time when the episodes aired for the first time on Toonami. Feel like the series really took a steep decline after this. The whole Trunks/Android/Cell chapter of Z was easily the best and had the most thought out story to it in my opinion, even if there were some plot holes. Loved how it tied back into the days of Dragon Ball.
personally think that cell was not stronger if nor a little stronger then goku the whole fight seemed real even i mean towards the end goku blew his freak torso clean off if he knew he could regenerate he wouldve finished him off and goku wouldve won so goku wins in my book
@yemster13 if regeneration is what makes cell stronger than it is what it is thats like saying goku wouldn't hav beat frieza if he didn't have super saiyan its its a part of his technique cell was better
