IDKMOS is supposed to be an emotional song with restraint, like Exhale, not a bombastic huge vocal. She belts a couple big notes in Million Dollar Bill that just came out and sounds great.

Sometimes I think it must be a real cross to possess such an enormous talent as Whitney's. And perhaps an even bigger cross when you begin to lose it. Maybe that's one of the reasons Whitney turned to drugs. I'm not saying she's completely lost it, but her voice certainly is not what it used to be. She would be better off not performing at all if this is what she sounds like. But I wish Whitney the best! I hope she gets well. I will always believe she was the best singer of all time.

Celine and Mariah sound exceptional--they are still winning awards, selling out shows and having number one hits (Mariah Carey now at 17). Whitney Houston doesn't sound as good as she used to (and, in my opinion, its safe to say she NEVER will). Maybe that's one of the reasons Whitney turned to drugs. I'm not saying she's completely lost it, but her voice certainly is not what it used to be. She would be better off not performing at all if this is what she sounds like. But I wish Whitney the best! I hope she gets well. I will always believe she was the best singer of all time.

This awful. I know alot of stars lose alot of their talent going from 21 to 40 and maybe we see it more with whitney because she had such a great voice to start with

I love Whitney and I'm a fan for life...but you can't be that forceful in your singing and expect it to last. Look at Celine & Mariah. Even belters like Judy and Ethel sounded pretty awful as they got older.

Celine and Mariah sound exceptional--they are still winning awards, selling out shows and having number one hits (Mariah Carey now at 17). Whitney Houston doesn't sound as good as she used to (and, in my opinion, its safe to say she NEVER will). However, she was undoubtly the best singer of all time and her legacy will live on even though her career may not.
