a flash hider reduces the flqash when the gun fires and slightly reduces the noise but the suppressor does thoose 2 vice versa so it makes less noise (virtually none) but there will be more muzzle flahs however both wont appear on radar when fired! Hope that helped

Funny how in real life the MP-40, Type-100, M1 Carbine, dont accept drum magazines.

And the flash hider cannot be put on a WWII M1 Carbine, STG-44, or M1 Garand.

The suppressor was impossible to be fitted onto a Thompson, Type-100, and Gewehr 43, The MP-40 saw very limited service with a suppressor.

Obviously this was a game with no authenticity or historical relevance.
