The usufruct is not the estate itself, nor the produce of the estate, but the right to use it and take the produce. Hence it is 'ius' a ‘right’, as opposed to corpus, a physical or corporeal thing. All usufruct does is establish a "right to fruit" not transfer possession nor "legal title" .... think apple tree.
Everyone who wishes to use the fruit of the tree does not own the tree, just the right of usufruct which entails the tree not be harmed; its substance must remain unaltered.
What if "use" also includes trading / selling something?... As in to ultimately get use out of whatever will replace the thing being sold. The thing is useful in that it brings about, directly through trade or indirectly through sale and repurchase, a new thing which can be -directly- used by the "user"... eh? So good to have you back, sir. :)
On a side note, ironside was one of the few autobots that wasnt totally fucking lame.

@Ujamesl978 I also dont operate my lawnmower when my son uses it, it does not become his by virtue of me lending its use.

insert vague difference between property and possession*. Also, trade is a form of use.

Right, I can make an ownership judgment without having to use some silly made up rules. All theories of ownership can be boiled down into absurdity.

@GiantKukri
Property is self-evidently invalid when you want someone else's, and yet acted upon unquestioningly when someone else is trying to damage yours.

Good video although I hope you gave away the webcam after making this video because you weren't using it and no longer had a claim to it. :P

I think most mutualists consider items (such as shoes, weedwackers, etc) as "personal property" and only use occ/use in relation to land property.
