Blu-ray isn't the future at all. The future is already here and it's only on the PC platform. It's called digital distribution which means games are installed on a far better and much faster HDD instead of the slow read speeds of Blu-ray which is inferior. Also HD on Consoles isn't HD at all, because the hardware is weak and dated to render majority of every game above a lousy resolution of 720p! lol
