He just doesn't want to address it openly to prevent the amount of trolling there will be on Steph's channel. Perhaps she didn't want children and Cory did. We just don't know. Something like this is best kept quiet. You can't vlog everything in your life. Steph's actually been living at her own place since January. Last time I checked, if you're married, you live together.
