This is stupid.....why are we not simply executing them. Jail is not the answer, they need a bullet in the head and they would welcome it too so it makes it that much easier to do.

Creating 3,000 jobs by "activating" this prison is a great idea. Here's an even better one...take those prisoners up for release in California due to overcrowding and budget restrictions and bring THEM here rather than those from Gitmo!!! Sound like a plan???
