  • This really helped, but now I'm stuck after the stairs. I'm too scared and afraid I'm going to hit my head on the ground. I can do the stairs with pads under it. Do you have a safe way to learn to do ti on the ground. But not a matters, I tried that and I can push off the ground.

    and imm too scared too do it on a wall even though i can do it on a wall i cant put my feet any lower!!! what can i do????

  • @americancheerqueen I don't get it! What's the difference between a back walkover and a bridge kickover?? I watched your back handspring tutorial and you said that I'd need to have a bridge kickover, not back walkover.. they look the same to me and I have my back walkover..

  • @LenialiseGomez they are the same thing accept a bridge kickover you start in bridge position, in a backwalkover you start standing.

  • This works ! If you just keep graduating to lower surfaces to kick off of I got mine in about 2 days doing this on a spring floor and now I can do it anywhere

  • Please answer this ASAP! It is very,very hard to do it when I am doing on the ground! But for some reason it iseasy for 5-19 inches of the floor!

  • @bluediamondsoftball6 you just have to kick harder on the floor and push a little more than you normally would. also it's slower on the floor so take that into conideration

  • @AmylaTondini- PUSH YOUR HIPS FORWARD.. it might sound dumb but before, i could barely do it. and if i did it took FOREVER to get down.. push your hips forward in bend back.. I PROMISE you will get it!

  • @softballandtumbler try locking your arms out when you bend back. or if that's hard maybe practice doing handstand to bridges before trying a bridge kickover

  • @vamadanakusumah you don't need a perfect back walkover to do a back handspring. as long as you can do bridge kickover consistent, even if it's not perfect. i think i learned bhs before back walkover anyway lol

  • Love it! I'm soft of teaching myself this stuff at home. The problem i have with this stuff is that i dont fully trust that my arms will catch me when i go into a standing bridge or a kickover. Any advice? :] Also, what's this song called? I ♥ it! :]

  • @ArianaGrande1Fan lock your arms out when you bridge back. also, practice stretching your back and arms so you will feel more comfortable when you backbend. if you're flexible it will make back bending so much easier. and the song is just the way i'm not by all time low :)

  • hi i have a question...what are some good tips for getting your legs together for the back handspring?

  • @kaydog1998 squeeze your feet together. that way you know your legs aren't apart. what i did to practice that is tied a band around my ankles so they can't separate in the bhs. it makes it feel really awkward at first but if it does that means you did it right.

  • Hi i always hesitate when i try to kickover and i land on my head and i am so afraid to kickover because i think i will land on my neck and break it.....any tips?

  • @dancediva91698 if you lock out your arms you shouldn't have that problem. i think you are trying to force your legs over and so you bend your arms thinking it will make it easier. i'm just guessing that is what you are doing. but if you drive your legs really hard off the ground and keep your arms locked you shouldn't have a problem. if you post a video response i can help you better though

  • WOAH Biggest quincidoence ever!!!! i watched your how to backhandspring video it was great!!!! but the only bad thing is i cant do a bridge kickover so i looked through all ur videos yesterday and u only had to and no bridge kickover ones so i was kinda bummed but now i was looking for a good one couldnt find one and now u just came out with one...... WEIRD RIGHT LOL BTW u rock im TOTALLY subscribing WHO COULDNT!!!!!!!
