I don't want to be mean but anyone who likes 'souljaboy' sucks at hacking, and will brick their iPod. And if you can make a video anywhere near as good as this, do send the link.
I alredy jailbroke my ipod touch and i have windows XP. my ipod touch turned off and i coudlnt turn it on again, can u please help me bring it back to life?
Installer is what was used to install apps back in the days of 1.1.4. The thing is, all those apps no longer work, so there's no point including Installer with your Jailbreak. QuickFreedom will install Cydia, which is the open source alternative to Installer, and all the apps in Cydia work. QuickFreedom will only install Installer if you check the box. I recommend not checking that box, because it's just a waste of space on your iPod.
You can either set the iPod up as new, or restore from your backup. If you've done some tethered Jailbreaks before, I'd recommend you set it up as new. If you do set it up as new, you can restore your data after the restore.
