If you learn about what was happening in Iraq, Most of the civilian casualties weren't caused by MNF-I, the Sunni and Shi'a militias were fucking slaughtering each other. At the height of the sectarian violence there was 1500 people being killed a week. The stupid American Uber Blitzkrieg invasion and stupid conduct after the invasion created the instability for the sectarian violence started by Al-Qaeda by bombing a Shi'a mosque.
