you could have a vaccum leak or maybe a faulty bpc control valve. alot of the time its because of failed check valves in the lines going to the boost pressure control solenoid. its a simple fix done by removing one hose and capping it. this fix works for most people with lost boost but you could also have a loose intercooler/charge pipe or like i said a vaccum leak or even a bad turbo. i would start by checking vac lines and then do the bpc thing.

Hi , I have 2004 9-5 Aero and its ony pushing 9 PSI, i have turbo gauge on it. I cant figure out why only 9 psi, it should be 14psi. Any ideas ?
