I agree with you. Those congolese are smart enough to build their own weapons in their factories, and everybody knows they do that in order to prevent western firms to come in the country and loot the gold, diamonds and other minerals. That's exactly what's wrong with Africa. There are so many difererent tribes in one country, that there is impossible to govern in a place where there is no trust, or actually everyone is tryng to benefit their own people. This countries were created by empires that did not take in consideration the population's point of view, but their own economic gains.They were aware of conflicts between peoples, and thought of it as a future market for arms.So Africa doesn't need less but more Presisdents.
