I'm a big fan of Homeworld games, having played them since the original game back in 1999. Can't wait for this mod :D but that trailer music sucks beans because it just doesn't go with the mood of either homeworld or halo, better to use some actual Halo music?

We wanted to avoid using Halo OST music due to the fact the majority of it is over used. Originally, the trailer used another song, but it was changed for this last minute because the other song was a bit too slow, and in all this one seemed to fit the actual footage better in terms of action.

The actual mod will come with it's own soundtrack inspired by the Halo OSTs, but will be of our own work.

Flood won't likely be included, due to the fact that they're extra work, and aren't really worth it due to the fact they don't actually use ships as warships..they just crash them into each other according to the Terminals.

I think so that making ships for a Flood fleet would be unusual for the Halo scene.

If you stick to the Halo universe (depends on you guys): For Halo to exist, understanding that it's purpose is Flood containment and to eliminate all sentient life should it escape [at a galactic level], means that the Flood is nearly unstoppable when it come to fight it's spreading, even across worlds. How do they do this? ...It's up to you guys.

Perhaps not as fast as a Pelican or a Phantom, or a Frigate, but somehow, well before those.

Model wise, the cruisers are exactly like the normal Marathon, and their texture is just a stand in until our texture artist is done

Just a note that i won't bother putting in the description cause no one reads them :

ALL textures are temporary and place holders..our texture artist is working on newer more accurate UV'd ones as we speak for our next release.

Combat also doesn't reflect the final outcome yet, your screen won't be full of blue missles and ships charging at each other in a final release.
