the 400 hurdles and the 800 are both tougher than the 4. i've done them all competitively, and the 400 was my specialty race. ran it in college, so i appreciate it.

you guys are really naive about the 800. If he could run anywhere near 1:43 , he would do it. It's 2 times the distance and he would have to train for it. Why didn't Kipketer shatter the mile world record??????
