That is definetly hurricane Katrina...the eye, the route and the increase in size at the end proves that tis has nothing to do with Ike. The only difference is that it is in a diferent position.

And Also, Ike can be compared to Katrina in intensity and if not stronger. Even though Katrina had WAY higher winds than Ike, Ike outbeat Katrina in storm surge. Katrina earned a 5.1 on the IKE Scale (go figure, Ike) Ike, earned a 5.6 on the IKE Scale, IKE measures the destructive capability of the storm surge, which is the hurricanes most deadly weapon.

Ike was stronger than Katrina in terms of Storm Surge. on the Scale that measures storm Surge Katrina erned a 5.1 and devestated New Orleans. Ike earned a 5.6 and decimated Galveston, Ik was larger.
