The cookbook is from the Gooseberry Patch line. I think it's called something like "Gifts for Giving." I got it quite a few years ago from a local gift shop. You could probably find a used copy on Amazon.
could you post what size is the jar you used for the cookie mix. id like to make a few of these and want to go out and get some jars, but have no idea as to the size .thanks
The jars that we used were from our local craft store. The manufacturer is a company called Anchor Hocking and I believe the jar size is about a quart.
