@cshook123 Nonsense. This has been refuted time and time again. Firstly, the Antichrist will deceive many (including many Christians in the West). I find it hard to believe how a Muslim who follows Islam (a religion demonized more than any other in the world) would ever be taken seriously by the West. Secondly, the Bible does not in any way indicate that the "MahdI" will be the antichrist. This is just more Islamophobic nonsense. Open your eyes to the real threat: secularism.

@SherriSLC Nonsense. The Caliph will rule with justice and will submit to the Truth. What you submit to is falsehood, and has been refuted time and time again. The only ones being killed in large numbers today (amongst the Abrahamic faiths) are the Muslims. Western Imperialism never ceases to reveal its bloody and deceitful nature. The Caliph being Quraysh and the Caliphate being the prerogative of the Quraysh is from the Sunnah.  There are sahih hadith that prove this and most of ahl-us-Sunnah wal Jamaah accept this as a condition.

@halaqah1 ive only heard about the keys of the kabah only being allowed to be held by a tribe from the quraish not the kilafah .The reason y the Islamic Khilafe was destroyed was because of this , the west divided the muslims , by tellinng he Arabs tht how can the Turks hold the khilafe when they are residents of the two cities which let to a revolution and destruction .so i dnt agree that the Khilafah has to be from the Qureysh and its not sunnah .Imam Mahdi is the only one

But let me tell you this. .The "Superiority Contest and Inferiority Complex" of Saudi Monarchy, Iran's Homo Regime, Suddam's Murderous Ba'ath, Ghaddafi's Lesbianism, Zardari's Kleptocratic Governance etc. . cannot produce a Mahdi. . .on the second thought. . @TheRevolutionist1 Most certainly, as the Prophet (p) clearly stated that an Arab is not greater than a non-Arab. I think what needs to be understood, is the fact that the Mahdi could potentially be from another cultures, as there are descendants of the Prophet Muhammad (p) in a plethora of cultures. I have seen no evidence thus far, showing that the Mahdi must be born a Saudi. Whatever atmosphere he grows up in will probably have just the right balance of religiosity and spirituality vs.

@EnjoiningKnowlege materialism, hedonism (i.e. the problems of the world today). I think this will be needed in order to stimulate deep reflection and to scratch the surface of things. Today's youth have become very conformist towards societal trends, and don't think outside the box. I suspect he'd be a very reflective youth, but also deeply troubled by the problems he'll witness around him in society (just like how the Prophet Muhammad [p] was deeply troubled).

@EnjoiningKnowlege Also, it would make perfect sense for him to have a sense of uncertainty (i.e. until he knows who he really is, just as the Prophet did - he'll know that things need to be fixed, but may not be sure what and how he should act, or if he is even capable etc.). This seems to be a pattern amongst those who become Prophets (although the Mahdi will not be a Prophet). Of course, this is only speculation, but it does have grounds (the Hadith[s], psychology, reason etc.)
