@Elvishairdude89 Well they should win any lawsuit. Companies aren't government. They can have any religious activity they want, and saying "Merry Christmas" I think even government should be able to say. Many non-religious consider themselves celebrating Christmas, so by that alone it isn't favouring any religion. America is lawsuit happy though, that is the main problem here.
