Haha so true! I've hit myself pretty hard with a crop, and it's not THAT bad. =p I've been hit with a lunge whip and gotten welts.. what I did to my horse is NOTHIN. lol

she only gave him a little tap behind the leg, to tell him to move on, as she said hes green and she only trying to help him get it right. its not like she beat him for no reason, she gave him a tap for encouragement =] well ridden 5* nice horse too :) xx

I didn't whack him that hard really. =) Just enough to say "Hey, move on, you're not gonna make the distance at this pace." He's still green, so he needs some extra encouragement sometimes, and he was dead to my leg that day. =/

she didnt hit him hard enough to make it hurt him. dont worry, horses skin is a LOT thicker than humans so it would only hurt him if she like, used all of the muscles in her body. she was just giving him a littlenudgewith the crop. thats sll. some horses need it, some horses dont.

there skin is thicker than ours. it is only a little nudge to them thats all. i dont own a horse.

it doesn't hurt them.. one of the main reasons it makes them go it the sound... all they feel is a tap... believe me, i am sure this rider would never try to hurt a horse that is this nice..

Thank you guys. =) And even if I was using more force, It still wouldn't hurt him that bad. That's NOTHIN compared to a blow from another horse. ;-) I don't understand what is peoples beef with crops... they aren't evil. Ah well.. to each their own.
