in florida we have a station that plays real blues called smoke stack lightnin. they have web site you can listen to all the reats on it world wide.check out the web site type in smoke stack lightnin and you'll find it.......as long as people go through hard times and suffer the blues will always be alive......lk3

it is sad that nowadays when I spy a bit into the headphones of any black man next to me on a tube, I NEVER hear them listening to BLUES but only to crappy synthetci, readymade, prefab pseudo ghetto rap crap and mainstream bassy and souly (?) lemonade music with no soul and no grip. ARGH!!!!

So the American radio keeps robbing the Real blues musicians through format regulations and bullshit by not permitting music to be played on rock stations like they do in Europe,Canada,France,Germany..­.even the schools insist on teaching European classical as main staple instead of teaching the only true AMERICAN artform: BLUES in American schools... RED-NECK-ISM is the reason for the breach

Willie is a living example that even the most talented artist have to depend on timing and being found to get heard. He should be amoung the blues greats.
