@doggeds wow, you do realize that shitei isnt a vulgar word its a word used to denote to katas that are the embodiment of that style for shotokan it is kankudai and jion. At USA-NKF nationals advanced division you have to do one of those two katas, different for each style but their are only 4 accepted styles in USA-NFK: Shotokan, Shito-Ryu, Goju-Ryu, and Wado-Ryu, first round i think its the same way in WKF.

The stances are very shaky and front leg is not in good position. Knee and foot sloped in and this is no good for hips. Also the yoko keage hiki ashi is no god, other things, like speed, and balance is ok. Please look more carefully.
