@TheY0uTub6r You must run the game from the lowest lettered CD/DVD drive for music and dialogues to play correctly. Check your music volume from the ring menu as well.

In short: You play the game on an emulator, preferably one modified for TASing, and you try to play the game perfect down to the frame while having an input file recording. It could ruin your life, especially if you want to do 3D games.
