I just go to the grass in the front of the city and there is a move called Embargo so there you cant heal that pokemon or the pokemon cant use a held item.

You can get Eevee in Goldenrod City at Bill's house.First go between the Pokemon Center and the Game Corner then keep going until you see a house. theres a way to avoid Attract. switch your pokemon to ANYTHING, whether its a boy or girl (i prefer my 2nd highest level because if miltank attacks, i have a chance to survive) and switch back to your main pokemon, attract goes away, unless miltank uses it again O_O

I really hate that Milktank , because it kept using Milk Drink whenever it HP's get lowered -.- But , I still beat it with my Bayleef and Flaffy and Poliwag xD You just have to have a lot of revive and keep using Hypnosis or Paralyze it with Shock Wave :)

I beat Whitney today on my first try with my level 24 Quilava on my HG. I just kept using flame wheel over and over again, but then it infatuated my Quilava. It still was able to use flame wheel every single time though. But in the end I got lucky and flame wheel made a critical hit and I FINALLY beat her. My Quilava had 38 HP left. I just couldn't believe my eyes. lol
